Download it, but do not try to unzip it directly. It becomes a normal ZIP only after the matching restore kit decrypts it.

The direct restore kit is a small ZIP with the key material, restore guide, and helper command.

Final Output Real ZIP, then repo folder.

The helper writes the real repo `.zip`, verifies it, and extracts the workspace into a restore folder.
